This BUNDLE is to give youth leaders many activities to teach the above theme for the bi-weekly lesson.

Look for these activity handouts to help you teach lesson concepts and give them TEACHING TOOLS to plan and develop lesson objectives. These lesson-match interactive activities will add to and enhance your lessons.

LESSON-MATCH ACTIVITIES IN THIS BUNDLE INCLUDES (detailed below):

(1) Live the gospel.
What did we discuss last time, and what invitations or assignments were made? What have we done to act on those invitations or assignments?

YOUTH GOAL/LESSON ACTIVITY. WARM FUZZY RIGHTEOUS REMINDERS poster and bookmark. Youth can be reminded of five ways they can live the gospel daily to feel our Savior’s love. They can place a smiling face over the circle for which they try to live the gospel in that way: Love, Service, Obedience, Prayer, Study, and Work.

(2) Care for those in need.
What can we do or say to reach out to those who might feel alone or distant from Heavenly Father?

YOUTH LESSON ACTIVITY. ANCHOR FRIEND-‘SHIP’ MOTIVATORS on friendship and fellowship. THE FRIEND-SHIP message: If you were in the same boat needing an eternal friend, what would you need on your journey, and whom would you depend on? Youth can learn how to be an anchor, a steady one to help and aid their friends with scriptures and wordstrip challenges. READ MORE

(3) Invite all to receive the gospel.
What are some ways we can help others feel the love of Jesus Christ?

YOUTH GOAL ACTIVITY. TEACH LIKE JESUS Teaching Talents and Tools planner/journal. Youth can use this tool to plan what they will teach and to know the ways the Savior taught. Jesus Taught Through: Love, scriptures, stories, and examples. Jesus knew through prayer who needed to be taught and what to teach them. If we are nurtured by the Spirit we can teach by the Spirit. (4) Unite families for eternity.
What ideas can we share with each other to help strengthen our families?

POST-AND-PRESENT ACTIVITY. SMOOTH SAILING FAMILY Lovey’s Landing SOS Game. As youth choose boats with family problems, they can drive them to the right Save Our Ship Dock: Faith, Prayer, Repentance, or Forgiveness. For example. Linda Lovey worried about her brother who was very sick. What should she do? Park the boat at the PRAYER dock and invite discussion. READ MORE
